There’s not much to say about this one. It is a standard casino bonus that promotes regular deposits and rewards you for it, if you do it on a Monday. The bonus value is small, but that can be expected from a weekly bonus.

While there is value in getting something back, the cash-back deal at BitcoinPenguin has a caveat. The offer only promises a 20%  cashback on your biggest deposit, played on Monday. And in all fairness, it does state exactly that on the label. 

Standard weekly cashback promotions return a percentage of all net losses incurred over the week. As I said, the BitcoinPenguin cashback bonus terms and conditions are clear. But I thought I should highlight this discrepancy in case you dived in with the wrong expectations.

You also get a search bar and the ability to sort the games alphabetically, by popularity, or release date.

One thing that you will not find here is a Bitcoin sports betting platform. The card games section has massively improved from the last time I did my BitcoinPenguin review. Where there were barely a handful of titles to keep you entertained, now you have hundreds of gaming options to keep you engaged for hours on end.

Some of the games included in the card games lobby are Multi-hand blackjack, Caribbean Holden, Caribbean Stud, and Dragon Tiger. The best part is that you can play these games for fun in the demo mode before using your real money budget. 

Live Casino Games 

The live games section is made up of hundreds of titles from Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, and Pragmatic Play Live. This was a pleasant surprise for me, as the last time I reviewed BitcoinPenguin, it barely had a live games section to speak of.

Casual Games

The Casual Games section really piqued my interest because you do not normally find it at most online casinos we promote – well, not under the same name anyway. For the equivalent, at the likes of Mbit Casino, you’d need to visit the dice games section.

Video Poker

Now, while I was pleased by the number of video poker games featured on BitcoinPenguin, the site needs more variety. First Person video poker games from Evolution, for example, could add to your options while providing a premium playing experience

Lottery

The lottery games section has 26 titles featuring games like Bingo Soccer, Jogo Do Bicho, 88 Bingo 88, and 7 Piggies 5,000, among others. Note that these are unlike your standard casino games, and have unique themes and gameplay. 

Many of the titles here are pretty good, like Jogo Do Bicho, and have demo versions that you can play for free. However, some games in the BitcoinPenguin library were not working. When I tried Hot Safari, Panda Gold 10,000, Diamond Strike 100,000, and Wolf Gold 1,000,000, to mention a few, they all had error messages.

Design, Experience, and Mobile Compatibility

BitcoinPenguin’s design is pretty bare-bones. While I appreciate simplicity, it’s crucial for crypto casinos to update their UI now and then. Unfortunately, BitcoinPenguin doesn’t seem to get the memo, as not much has changed since my first visit.

At the top, you’ll see the promo banner, your profile/wallet, and a few search options. The games are categorized as Featured, All Games, Slots, Top, Card Games, Poker Games, Roulette, Casual, Video Poker, and Jackpot Games.

The lobby is clean and uncluttered, and you won’t need to scroll endlessly to reach the bottom of the page, where you’ll find tabs like Support, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

The site is fully compatible with mobile, providing a seamless experience straight from your web browser. Navigating through the site is a breeze, thanks to several jump links on the display, and a helpful search bar where you can type in the name of the game.

Customer Support at BitcoinPenguin

When it comes to customer service, I have no choice but to give BitcoinPenguin full marks! Live chat is available in English, German, Norwegian, Finnish, and Russian and the support agents are really helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions in detail. 

I asked about the license and received a reply stating that BitcoinPenguin has no official casino license but that Bitcoinpenguin.com is operated from Belize, and therefore the terms and conditions of this casino are governed by the laws applicable in Belize.

Verdict

I would recommend BitcoinPenguin for new players who are looking for a simple layout, easy navigation, and nothing overly complicated. 

Don’t get me wrong, you’ll get better bonuses, a larger game selection, more interesting perks, and reputable licensing at most other casinos but somehow I do understand why players choose this casino to play at. 

The T’s and C’s and geographical restrictions are not that harsh and besides slots, their catalogue includes table games, live games, lottery games, and casual games. The minimum deposit requirements can easily be met and the fact that there are no withdrawal limits is really impressive.
